Because that’s totally a thing, and I didn’t totally make it up.
Here’s my proof: http://pillow.rscheme.org/serverstring
That’s a program which uses known statistics about the world of malicious websites to look at new websites and give them a “rating”. There’s a 2% false negative rate, which is pretty good.
There’s also a 30% false positive rate, which is not so good. College started so I haven’t been able to get that down.

Sorry I’m a few days late. College life is my excuse.
Here’s a (true) excerpt from that life:
12:47AM
“Don’t get caught.”
“Too late.” I looked down the hallway. At the far corner a girl was walking towards us, blissfully unaware of my presence. I bid a quick farewell and walked down the hallway towards the exit. Towards the girl.
Walk with a purpose. Like you’re supposed to be there. It had gotten me food earlier that day, hopefully it would work now.

Every day.
Our latest: A flying cat toy.
The cats didn’t appreciate it as much as I did.

Hello, Reader. It’s been a while.
By “a while” I mean “a long summer”. That’s not how I meant this to turn out, but long distance relationships are hard. And I’ve been away from nice computers at home ever since my desktop went to computer heaven, pending some metabolic surgery.
I have a new header image for the blog! There’s 13 now, with the addition of the record image:
Let’s get down to business.

…was actually pretty good, I thought.
I have to come up with a page of things to say about ACP. This will be difficult, so I’ll simply list a few things I liked:
Freedom to choose what I wanted to work on. I liked this for obvious reasons. On a related note, I appreciated that we were encouraged (if subliminally) to work on teams, as typically I don’t get to do that very much.

This is the end…
Hold your breath, and count to ten…
Feel the Earth move, and then… hear my heart burst again….
For this is the end.
Well, I had to pick some lyrics to accompany this post.
The rumors are true - I’m wrapping up High School in the next few weeks. More pertinent to this post, I’m wrapping up my ACP class. I’m supposed to do a reflection on it.

I haven’t posted in a while, I know. But I’ve been buried under Lyst.
Speaking of which, if you want to help out (and get a spot in the credits, and a portion of the profits), then check out:

Thanks!

(P.S.: As for flying, there’s a significant chance I may solo this week. Details coming soon!)

They’re a wonderful thing, no?
It’s not that I have anything against them. They’re a wonderful invention (not that I’d know), but the advertising for them can get a little bit annoying…
Recently I got a text from a 512 number that said nothing but (to pseudo-quote) “you should go to friend-meet.com. I have pics on there.”
I happen to live in the 512 area code, so it could be someone I know.

This post is part of a series I intend to write this weekend which fully explain most aspects of some of my bigger projects, so hopefully they make a little bit more sense than my normal posts.
The flip side is that they’ll be a lot more technical.
Introduction I’m a member of one club at school: Robotics. Every year we compete in FIRST Robotics Competition, which is aimed at high schoolers building autonomous/teleoperated robots.
